1: Choose high-quality raw materials: aluminum bars are cast through aluminum ingots, called industrial aluminum materials; The raw materials will directly affect the performance of industrial aluminum products.

2: Temperature control heating aluminum rod: the temperature is too high or too low will directly affect the hardness of the final product, so the temperature must be strictly controlled in the heating and cooling process;

3: Design profile mold: mold according to the needs of the design of the instrument with high precision specifications, used to extrude the required specifications and cross-section of the profile products;

4: Industrial aluminum extrusion: At present, the extrusion press standard used for 6063-T5 industrial aluminum profiles is 1300 tons - 1600 tons, which can meet the normal production of 6063-T5 series industrial aluminum profiles.

5: Profile straightening correction: there will be a certain deviation after extrusion molding of industrial aluminum profiles, and it is necessary to use straightening machine to straighten and correct after forming.

6: Artificial aging: extrusion of aluminum profiles, in general, must undergo aging to improve strength.
